Venta de Vargas is one of the finest restaurants in the province of Cadiz and is considered a must if you visit the area. On its menu you can find the best selection of products of the Bay of Cadiz, which combines modern cuisine with traditional dishes.
Try one of the famous appetizers such as Shrimp tortillas, Bienmesabe, scrambled eggs (with prawns and other delicious ingredients), cold meats, seafood or shellfish.
If you like stews, we recommend the typical Berza Gaditana, Oxtail stew and potatoes with beef pot. These meals are prepared as 90 years ago, according to the recipes of Catalina Perez, who came 90 years ago from Alcala de los Gazules to San Fernando.
