The Virgen de la Palma Street, or simply de la Palma, is the central axis of the popular neighborhood of la Viña. It is the most traditional and epicenter district of the Carnival of Cádiz. It is a traditional fishing community and is situated looking towards the beach of la Caleta.

It has a long tradition of hospitality and is presided over by the Church of La Palma. It is a must see in the city.
