The building of the Chamber of Commerce of Cadiz is in the Neoclassical style and was designed by the architect José Gabarrón.
Built in 1801, its three-story façade includes all the technical repertoire of this style; the ground floor with decorative bossage and spans of semicircular arches; the upper floors with double pilasters and classic capitals in the central street and simple in the rest. The spans are topped with straight pediments.
The main floor features balustraded balconies. Before being the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Cádiz, it was part of the Bank of Spain.
