The Cao (Canal of Artillery of Carlos III), was a water conveyance that served the surrounding mills, blast furnaces, canon factories and iron batteries installed by Carlos III in the late 18th century.
There bombs and cannon balls were produced. It was in operation for more than 10 years and only remaining it this canal, built with blocks of stone in the initial stage and the rest with a mixture of pebbles and mortar.
