The Iglesia de Santo Domingo (Church of Santo Domingo) in Sanlucar de Barrameda is a temple built in stone in the second half of the 16th century.

It is mixture of Renaissance and Mannerist styles; it belonged to the former convent of the same name. Inside the main altarpiece, a Baroque work of the 18th century, and paintings such as the Christ of Miracles by Miguel Adam and the Descent from the Cross by the Flemish painter Jacob Jordaens.
