The Parish Church of the Purísima Concepción in Trebujena is the most important temple in the city and it has undergone several changes throughout its history.
Some place its origins in pre-Arab domination times, although the current plant has its origin in a building from the 17th century from which it still preserves some elements such as the Puerta del Perdón (Door of Forgiveness). The building was completely modified between the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
Inside are several altars and statues and a parish treasure with pieces of great value.
