The Embalse de Guadalcacín (Guadalcacín reservoir) is the largest in the province of Cadiz, with a capacity of around 800 million cubic meters. It’s located in a spectacular natural environment.
It covers areas of the townships of San José de el Valle, Arcos de la Frontera, Paterna de Rivera and Algar and the Majaceite River is the one that feeds the reservoir.
