Natural Areas in Cadiz
If you like diverse natural spaces, visiting the province of Cádiz will be your best choice. The environment of the province is very rich and varied: beaches, lakes, dunes, estuaries, cliffs, caves, marshes, countryside and mountains.
Its importance is such that they present large protected areas such as the Natural Park Sierra de Grazalema, Natural Park los Alcornocales, Natural Park Bahía de Cádiz, Natural Park la Breña and Marismas de Barbate, Natural Park Entorno de Doñana and Natural Park of the Estrecho. As we see, all the Natural Parks in the province of Cádiz present a wide diversity, in them they converge the parks in the coast, in the mountain range, in the salt marshes …
Natural spaces which are different from the parks mentioned above we find, among others, in the Natural Park Playa de los Lances, where large numbers of birds of different types are found, searching for good wind conditions to cross to Africa or in the Natural Place Cola del Embalse de Arcos, ideal place during the winter to admire the osprey and the Mallard.
