Restaurante Venta A Proa – Jerez de la Frontera
On the well-known Caulina road and a few meters from the highway exit, we can find this restaurant, which opened recently in Jerez de la Frontera.
The place, which has previously hosted restaurants such as Marcelo or La Amistad, is managed by a couple of well-known hoteliers in the city, Chari García and Adrián Bravo, who have another establishment of recognized prestige in the historical center: Antonio Jerez Centro.
Completely renovated, it has a glazed outdoor terrace, a spacious dining room and a bar area.
This renovation is also noted in the establishment’s menu where traditional homemade food, is added a spectacular selection of dishes such as fish and seafood from Sanlucar or grilled meat, among which we highlight the Galician meat, of old cow and Retinto veal as well as Iberian pork.
