Puerta de la Villa, Conil
La Puerta de la Villa is one of the main entrances that have reached our days from the old walled city of Conil.
Built in the early 16th century, here the road began heading to Vejer de la Frontera. It had two floors and from there the surveillance route of the hallways began and ran all around the city walls. The current appearance is the result of renovation work carried out in mid-18th century.
