Beaches in Barbate
Playa de Caños de Meca / Faro de Trafalgar
It´s the most famous one in the province of Cadiz. Their famous bars and pubs in the village and the rock-lined coves contrast with the strip of golden sand. They form the Tombolo of Trafalgar, one of the most beautiful places on the coast of Cadiz.
Crystal clear water, good service and a great environment to enjoy an incredible atmosphere.
Playa de Zahara de los Atunes
It extends along the city, after which it is named, and extends to the Cabo de Plata where it becomes the beach Atlanterra.
Crystal clear water, fine sand. You can make beautiful walks and enjoy the sunsets in an urban and natural environment.
Playa de Cañillos / Botero
It´s located between Barbate and Zahara. It is a sand beach with beautiful views.
It is perfect for water sports or hiking and it is close to the wetland from Barbate River.
Playa de Zahora
It´s the continuation of Trafalgar lighthouse, north of the coast of Cadiz.
Between sand dunes and therefore protected from the east winds, it becomes a breathtaking vantage point for sunsets.
Playa de la Hierbabuena
It´s a small paradise at the foot of the Natural Park of La Brena and the marismas of Barbate.
Between sand dunes, cliffs and pine trees, you can enjoy a great day.
